Exceptions appear when your expense report contains a rule violation or is missing required information. The exceptions icon indicates that there are exceptions in a report. Exceptions can be red or yellow. Red exceptions indicate an error that you must correct before you can submit these expenses. Yellow exceptions are informational and indicate that you have violated a policy and that your expenses might receive additional review. Exceptions that are visible to you will also be visible to the approver and expense processor. Follow the steps below to see how to manage these.
