Introducing User Permissions

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to explain the purpose of User Permissions in Company Administration for Concur Travel.

User Permissions

You can use the User Permissions feature to grant access to specific features and functions in Concur Travel. For example, you need the Travel Wizard User permission to book Travel via Concur Travel.

You can assign permissions to individual users, groups of users, users in a rule class, or to everyone in the company . For further details on User Permissions, please see User Permissions | SAP Help Portal.

Accessing User Permissions

To access permissions, select User Permissions in the left menu panel or Permissions Administrator in the center menu.
