Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to create, edit and delete Company Groups in Company Administration for Concur Travel.

How to Manage Company Groups

On the Company Groups page, you have the following options:

  • Add New Company Group
  • Edit an existing group
  • Delete an existing group

Summary

  • From Company Groups, add, edit, or delete company groups
  • Edit groups: rename and add or remove users between available and members lists
  • Delete groups: confirm deletion; you can reassign any listed users before completing removal
  • Create groups: click Add New Company Group, name the group, assign users, then save
  • Owner selection is optional unless Divisional View is enabled
