Compensation Home is the administration interface for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
It is organized into these main sections:

From the following screen, you can easily access all tasks related to compensation administration.

The left side menu lists all the active compensation, variable pay, and total compensation templates that you have access to in your instance. You can filter the plan by template type. The number of launched worksheets is also listed for quick reference. By selecting the plan name, you can access the specific details for this plan. You can expand or collapse the list of plan names to enlarge the working space on the right side.
Set Up a New Plan
The options in this section allow you to import a new compensation plan by uploading an XML template or by using the leading practices template from SuccessStore or create a Total Compensation plan.
Note
Normally, when creating a new plan for the new compensation cycle, the clone functionality is used. Importing an XML template is normally used when migrating a template from one environment to another. For example, when you move from the test environment to the production environment.
