Instructors can access the My Classes page from the Dashboards menu. This page provides an overview of their scheduled courses, including important details and links to relevant documents. Instructors can also view registered students, communicate via email, and print class rosters. Access to the My Classes page is granted to users designated as instructors in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Secondary instructors have the same level of access as primary instructors to manage the sessions for the VLS vendors, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco Webex. They are automatically notified when assigned to VLS classes.
Both automatic and manual email notifications include a personalized meeting link and vCalendar invites, allowing primary and secondary instructors to join their sessions independently. Attendance calculation is based on the sessions started and ended by both primary and secondary instructors.
