Main Navigation

The main navigation section includes options that allow users to access the primary functional areas within SAP SuccessFactors Learning. The main navigation consists of two tabs:

  1. Menu Tab: The Menu tab displays all available menus for the Administrator, based on their assigned roles. When a menu option is selected, a hierarchical tree is shown with the corresponding sub-options, which can be expanded or collapsed. For example, to access an item, you would navigate to Learning AdministrationLearning ActivitiesItems
  2. Recents Tab: The Recents tab automatically lists the main entities that the Administrator has viewed or edited. This feature allows the Administrator to easily and quickly navigate back to the previous 50 entities on the list. The main entities listed on the Recents tab include: Assignment Profiles, Classes, Content Objects, Content Packages, Coupons, Curricula, Curriculum Requirements, Assessment Objects (Exams and Quizzes), Subscriptions, Items, Libraries, Programs, and User Entities.
The Recents tab and Recents screen area is highlighted on the left margin of the Administrator Home page.

Workspace Area

When a choice is made from the left menu, the Workspace Area for that selection appears on the right. This is the working area where searches are conducted to retrieve, view, and edit entities.

The Workspace area for Items is highlighted on the right side of the Administrator home page.
