View all Work Items
Navigating the View all Work Items Admin Object
Select the View All Work Items admin object from the System Tools section of the admin menu to review WorkingNet’s SAP Fieldglass user’s work items.
Reassign a Work Item
Mavis, the manager of network engineering for WorkingNet, received a work item asking her to confirm and schedule an interview with a worker.
However, she wants Peter Davison, the person who would be the worker’s immediate supervisor, to conduct the interview.
She asks you, the SAP Fieldglass administrator, to reassign the interview confirmation work item to Peter.
