Enabling Canvas Reports with Advanced Reporting

Objectives

Canvas Advanced Reporting Enablement in Provisioning

Customers that have implemented Employee Central can use the advanced reporting tool of Canvas Reports. You can enable the Advanced Reporting functionality via the Upgrade Center.

To enable Advanced Reporting:

  1. Go to Admin Center → Upgrade Center.
  2. Under Optional Upgrades, select Employee Central Advanced Reporting.
  3. Select Upgrade Now and complete the process.

An upgrade confirmation message appears. Wait up to two hours for the upgrade to be reflected in your tenant.

After the upgrade is complete, verify the upgrade by completing some basic reports utilizing Advanced Reporting.

Note
You cannot enable Advanced Reporting on training, sales demos, or live access instances via the upgrade center.
