Most SAP Ariba solutions include a set of default prepackaged reports designed to meet the most common reporting needs for the solution. The prepackaged reports available to you and the fields available in those reports depend on the solutions your company has purchased and the features you have permission to work with in those solutions.
Prepackaged supplier lifecycle reports are available in solutions that include SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance or SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (new architecture). All users in these solutions who also have permission to run analytical reports have access to the Supplier Lifecycle Reports folder in the Prepackaged Reports area.
Supplier lifecycle reports help you analyze suppliers and supplier management project activities in your site to examine supplier creation and onboarding activities and identify trends and bottlenecks. Supplier management projects are:
- Internal and external supplier request projects
- Supplier registration projects
- Supplier qualification and disqualification projects
- Preferred supplier management projects
- Modular questionnaire projects
- Process projects, including process qualifications

| Open Supplier Registrations Report | This prepackaged report shows information about supplier registrations that the supplier has yet to respond to or that are pending approval or pending resubmission, including the number of days since the supplier was invited to register, registration status, questionnaire submission dates, and reinvitation information. You can use this report to identify registrations that require follow-up with the supplier to complete questionnaires or that the supplier has completed but are stuck in approval. |
| Open Supplier Requests Report | This prepackaged report shows information about supplier requests that have been submitted but have yet to be approved or denied, including the number of days since request submission and request status. You can use this report to identify requests that are stalled either because the requester has yet to provide additional information requested by an approver or because they're stuck in approval. |
| Project Approval Activity Report | This prepackaged report shows information about approval tasks in supplier management projects, including approvers, approval comments, and the number of days the approval tasks have been open. NoteReporting Data Access Control for Supplier Lifecycle Reports
Supplier lifecycle reports are subject to reporting data access control. If reporting data access control is enabled in your site, only users in the Full Reporting Access Authorized group can see all project data in reports. All other users can only see data for projects to which they have access through project team membership. If your organization does not use reporting data access control, users can see all project data in reports without restriction.
