
Issue Management provides a ticketing system for RPM which makes it possible to discuss various isue regarding packaging between packaging managers and their partners. Different types of issues use the same app while referencing to different objects.

Issue categories
- General Inquiry between packaging manager and partner
- Inactive Account
- Posting Difference
- Counting Difference for inventory counts
Issues are created by a requestor and processed by a processor. The processor evaluates the issue based on the given documentation (uploaded documents, images, or comments) and can then accept or reject the issue. For some issue-categories additional options for issue resolution (e.g. partial acceptance) are provided. After the issue is resolved the necessary post-processing (like changing of an account-balace or inactivate an account) can be processed automatically.
