Following features are available:

Replenishment using Consumption Based Forecast-Planning
Use the app 'Plan Returnable Packaging Materials' to manage accounts using consumption based forecast-planning as a replenishment strategy. For an account to appear in the planning screen the planning-type has to be set accordingly. As with reorder-point planning you can decide via the planning-relevance if RPM should create replenishment automatically or the packaging manager would check the results first and then trigger the replenishment manually. The other planning-relevant-fields in the packaging-account behave in the same way as for the reorder-point planning.
In the app you can view Forecasted Account balance and Projected Stocks for the packaging materials defined in the accounts. The packaging manager can select material, location-partner, exchange-partner, and planning-period to filter down the data.
A high-level bird's eye view of alerts is shown on the planning overview chart which plots Alerts are shown for returnable packaging materials for each day when they have a shortage or excess defined by their reorder-points.
The packaging-view table provides the account- and relationship-wise balance of material for the selected period. Aggregated for the selected period up to the defined forecast-horizon the table also shows the number of alerts on forecasted account balance, alerts on the projected stock after replenishment, total forecast, and pending order quantity.
The packaging Manager can also see the entire details of an account and relationship on a daily basis on the details page.
