In the Concur Request Business Requirements Overview unit, you learned that CVI has the following business requirements:
- Users must include expected attendees on business meal and entertainment expenses.
- Gift expenses must include details of the gift recipients.
Working with Request Entry Forms
Steps
Access Forms and Fields
Select Forms and Fields from the Request Admin tools.
Access the Request Entry Forms
Select Request Entry from the Form Type dropdown.
Copy the Default Request Entry Form
- Select Default Request Entry Form.
- Select the Copy Form button.
Modify the Form
- Select Copy of Default Request Entry Form.
- Select the Modify Form button.
Change the Form Name
- Change the Form Name to Attendee Request Entry Form.
- Select the Save button.
Add Fields to the Form
- Select Attendee Request Entry Form.
- Select the Add Fields button.
Add the Attendees Field
- Select the Attendees field.
- Select the Add Fields button.
Adjust the Attributes of the Attendees Field
Select the Form Fields tab.
Expand the Attendee Request Entry Form
Expand the Attendee Request Entry Form.
Open the Attendee Field Attributes
Double-click the Attendees field.
Make the Field Required
- Select the Required checkbox.
- Select the Save button.
Result
A form capable of capturing attendee information has been created.
