Site Settings for Integration
The Site Settings configuration tool is used to configure an array of options that don't fit nicely into other configuration tools. Unlike Policies, the settings that control integration are only found in Concur Expense.
Expense Site Settings
If this setting is enabled, users can link multiple requests to one expense report.
Use Request allocation data (first) and Expense data (second) to pre-populate allocation fieldsWhen this setting is enabled, linking a request to an expense report will cause the allocations on the request to copy to the expense report. Then, the copy-down settings in Concur Expense will fill in any blank fields.
