Exploring Site Settings

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to demonstrate how to configure Site Settings to integrate Concur Request and Concur Expense.

Site Settings Overview

Site Settings for Integration

The Site Settings configuration tool is used to configure an array of options that don't fit nicely into other configuration tools. Unlike Policies, the settings that control integration are only found in Concur Expense.

Expense Site Settings

If set to true, allow more than one authorization request to be assigned to a single report.

If this setting is enabled, users can link multiple requests to one expense report.

Select the checkbox if multi-authorization requests can be assigned to a single report.
Use Request allocation data (first) and Expense data (second) to pre-populate allocation fields

When this setting is enabled, linking a request to an expense report will cause the allocations on the request to copy to the expense report. Then, the copy-down settings in Concur Expense will fill in any blank fields.

When this setting is enabled, linking a request to an expense report will cause the allocations on the request to be copied to the expense report.

In this lesson, you saw what Site Settings control integration. In the next lesson, you'll take a closer look at how Forms and Fields configuration impacts the integration.
