Customer 360 View: Supports Service Contracts and Solution Orders

Business Example

Laura is working as an internal sales representative who needs to gain a comprehensive view of a customer's business documents.

When looking at the business documents of a customer, besides sales document and billing document, Laura would also like to view service contracts and solution orders.

The application Customer - 360 View can display service contracts and solution orders.

The Overview tab offers a glimpse of the recently created documents. 

The Business Documents tab offers more documents and document details of service contracts and solution orders. 

You can additionally navigate to related apps for service contracts and solution orders If the customer service manager role (SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR) and the solution order specialist role (SAP_BR_SOLN_ORDER_SPCLST) have been assigned to your user.

The SSCUI 105874 Define Settings for Business Documents provides configurations of service contracts and solution orders in the app Customer - 360 View.

They are enabled by default, and with a 30 days of duration for Latest Documents and a 90 days of duration for business documents. You can disable them or change the duration.
