Once the compensation cycle is complete, administrators can show the results to employees by publishing it to People Profile or Employee Central, another alternative is by printing a copy of the reward statement.
Publishing Data
Some customers choose to display compensation data on the SAP SuccessFactors employee profile (sometimes referred to as Live Profile). The setup of the employee profile is usually configured in a previous implementation.
Two options exist for publishing compensation data. Which one you will use depends on your configuration. If you are using Employee Central (EC) then you will select the Publish in Employee Central option without enabling the payComponentNonRecurring HRIS element in the business configuration. . Otherwise you should use Publish in Live Profile.
Selecting either of the options will display a page that offers two choices: a button to check if the compensations forms are completed, and a button to submit the data to be published.
Once published, the data can then be viewed by those with permissions to see the data.

Compensation field data can be mapped and published to Metadata Framework (MDF) objects in your Total Compensation templates
