Variable Pay Form Elements

  • Just like the Compensation worksheets, the tabs at the top of the variable pay form control the floating panels to view of Budgets, Route map and instructions. You can show and hide columns to set what data to review on the worksheet. Advanced filters similar to the Executive Review can also be utilized on the worksheets. You can have up to 30 criteria per filter spread across one or multiple conditions. This advanced filter can be enabled in Manage Company Settings.
  • The column grouping and fields in Summary level section is configured in Column Designer.
  • The Business section and details displays the section weight and payout from the business goal file and business goal weights file. Field’s visibility is determined in the Configure label names and visibility.
  • The assignment details display the information from Employee History Data file.
  • Individual Section and details displays the weight and goal information from the Performance Form.
