Importing Data from SAP Datasphere

You can import actuals data for all measures from SAP Datasphere. To do so, connect with SAP Datasphere in the Manage ESG Data app to work with SAP Datasphere data in SAP Sustainability Control Tower.

Follow these steps to import data from SAP Datasphere.

1. Select a measure and then Import from SAP System and Import from SAP Datasphere.
2. If you are importing data from SAP Datasphere for the first time, connect to the system.
   Note

   To connect with SAP Datasphere, select Connect in the Connection Check dialog box. Navigate to SAP Datasphere and enter your credentials to log on. Select Connect in the Connection Check dialog box. After the successful authorization check, proceed with importing your data from SAP Datasphere. In case the authorization check is unsuccessful, follow the instructions from the logs and try again.
3. After the successful login, choose an import period and import the data.
4. After the data is imported, choose Validate Data.
5. Once you validate the data, publish the data to make it available in other apps of SAP Sustainability Control Tower.
