Reporting an Incident

If you run into any technical issue, SAP Support Portal can assist you in real time.

Go to SAP Support Portal and open Report an Incident.

You can also report an incident in SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Log on to the Launchpad with your S-user credentials and find the app in the Solution / Incidents section. Then provide all the required information.
