With the Content Studio app, you can create and edit marketing content.

To create new content, you need to select the content type you want to create. You can choose blank content to completely start from scratch, select a previously saved template as a starting point, or design and upload external contents in the appropriate file format.

If you want to create an email, open the Content Type Email Lite. Then, you switch to the email editor, which allows you to design and configure your email fitting to our business needs. This frontend editor gives you the possibility to work with a column-based responsive layout, which reacts to the screen size of the device, visualizing the content on recipient's side.
The single column-separated layouts can be selected and positioned on a row base. Each unit can be filled with one or more content blocks. The content blocks you can select include Text, Button, HTML, Image, Divider, Group, Product, and Offer. Please note that it's now also possible to drop all blocks without adding a layout.
Also, you can use the Product Recommendation block to promote products based on recommendations that are relevant for the recipients and the Interaction block to give recipients information about the interactions in Email Lite. Find the blocks in Layout and drag them to the area in which you are designing the email to create a block.
With Reusable Blocks, you can save a content unit with block items you designed for a template-based approach and further use. For more information about reusable block, please read this documentation.
The header or the footer of an email can simply be dragged from the menu to the canvas of the design area to be reused.
Creating Content with Content Studio
To create content with Content Studio, follow these steps:
- Enter a name for your new content.
- Drag and drop the desired Layout options.
- Add content Blocks to your layout sections, such as images and text.
- Customize your blocks with simple formatting, such as background and font colors.
Note
Please note that an earlier version of the email editor is also available with some more features for content creation like embedding offer recommendations based on different algorithms.
The email editor is constantly growing with new content blocks and supports the users with CSS styling functions, condition-based content specification for personalized designs, HTML insights, and a preview mode for desktop and mobile devices.
