Accessing the Learning Dashboard

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to navigate the WalkMe Learning Arc dashboard to create modular courses, organize assets, and manage content using Learning Notifications and Dashboard Folders.

The Learning Dashboard

In the WalkMe Console, you can navigate to the Learning widget on the left-hand navigational sidebar. The WalkMe Learning Arc dashboard will appear and list all created e-learning content. Here, you can:

  • Create new courses and lessons using a modular outline.
  • Add microlearning units, quizzes, and simulations for interactive engagement.
  • Organize assets such as images, videos, PDFs, and simulations in a central library.
  • Preview and publish learning experiences to your audience.
This is a Learning Content management interface showing a centralized hub to access, manage, and create learning resources. The page displays three folders (Ariba, Converted content, and one unnamed folder) and a content list of 6 items including lessons and supply chain materials, with details such as creation date, distribution status, and publication status (Draft or Published).

As you learn more about the WalkMe Learning Arc dashboard, let’s highlight two main items that assist with maintenance and organization.

Learning Notifications

Learning notifications alert you when key updates are available in your workspace and allow you to access our content quickly.

There are two main sections in notifications:

  • In progress: Displays learning content items that are still being created, along with their current status.

  • Past activity: Lists notifications that have already been viewed or marked as read.

The image shows a Learning notifications panel displaying three course notifications for Clean Supply Chain and Code of Ethics at BestRun Company, all marked as ready with checkmarks.

Dashboard Folders

Use folders to keep learning content organized by topic, workspace, or use case. Additionally, with folder permissions, WalkMe Admins can restrict access to certain folders, ensuring that partners and builders only see the content that is relevant to them.

Now that you are familiar with what WalkMe Learning Arc is, let's explore how to author content within the tool.

  • Centralized Management: The WalkMe Learning Arc dashboard is a central hub within the WalkMe Console for creating, organizing, and publishing all your e-learning content.
  • Content Creation: You can build new courses and lessons, adding interactive elements like quizzes, simulations, and microlearning units.
  • Organization with Folders: Folders help you organize content by topic or workspace and allow you to manage access permissions for different users.
