WalkMe Learning Arc Insights

The Learning Overview Dashboard divider.

The Learning Dashboard page helps customers track learner engagement and performance across all Learning Arc coursework. We can use the User Overview page to view overall learning trends, monitor completion rates, and identify learners who may need additional support.

Interact with the points below to learn more about the Learning Overview dashboard.

  1. Date Filters

    The dashboard filters enables users to view and analyze a smaller part of our data set.

  2. Filtering

    Use the Add Filters feature to streamline our search and find information faster.

  3. Exporting

    Click the Export button to download a PNG file of the Learning Overview dashboard.

  4. ID

    This column showcases the name of the user.

  5. Viewed Courses

    This marks the number of distinct courses the user has viewed.

  6. Started Courses

    This marks the number of courses the user has actively started.

  7. In Progress

    This column showcases the number of courses that have been started but not yet completed.

  8. Completed Courses

    This indicates the number of distinct courses successfully completed.

  9. Completion Rate

    This marks the percentage of started courses that were completed.

  10. Average Score Rate

    This column showcases the average quiz score across completed courses.

  11. Learning Time

    This column shows the total active learning duration per user.

  12. Manage Columns

    Use this button to remove or add columns from the table:

    1. Click the Manage columns icon.

    2. Select which columns we’d like to have in the table.

    3. Click Apply.

Total Learners

The number of distinct learners who have interacted with at least one course in the selected date range.

Total Learning Time

The total duration time learners have spent in active learning sessions.

Average Completion Rate

The average percentage of courses completed by users who started them.

WalkMe Learning ArcReports in Insights offer us valuable insights into user engagement and learning progress on the WalkMe platform. These reports help us:

  • Track Engagement

    Understand how users interact with our learning content.

  • Measure Effectiveness

    Analyze the success of our training programs through completion rates and feedback.

  • Identify Gaps

    Spot areas where users need more support.

  • Optimize Content

    Refine your learning materials based on data-driven insights.

  • Inform Decisions

    Gain actionable insights for strategic planning.

The Report Gallery

The Report Gallery page displays a list of all the available reports in our account which we can export and subscribe to.

There are two ways to locate Learning reports:

  1. Search for a specific report in the search bar.

  2. Click the Learning filter under categories .

Once in the Report Gallery, there are five reports available for data regarding users on WalkMe Learning Arc. They are:

  • Course-Level Performance Report: To evaluate how each course is performing across the learner base, including engagement, completion, and average time to complete.

  • User-Level Learning Summary Report: To provide a per-user overview of assigned learning activity, showing how each user progresses across all assigned courses.

  • User Progress by Course Report: To track individual user progress within a specific course, including when they started, completed, and how far they've progressed.

  • Lesson-Level Activity Report: To provide insights into learner activity at the lesson level within each course.

  • Quiz Submission Log Report: To track user performance on individual quiz questions and full quiz attempts, including score breakdown and pass/fail status.
