You use the Company Request Token section of the Authentication Administration to generate a request token to get a Company JSON Web Token (JWT).
SAP Concur administrator must have the Web Services Administrator permission or Company Administration permission to access the Company Request Tokens page. If a company administrator needs to use this feature and does not have the proper permissions, they should contact the company’s SAP Concur administrator.
Company request tokens are temporary tokens that expire after 24 hours and can be used to obtain company JWTs. Therefore, you need to provide your App ID in the App ID field and select Submit.

You can obtain an App ID or Client ID through one of the following methods:
- Customers with Client Web Services who have requested access to the self-service tool for application management can generate a Client ID using the OAuth 2.0 Application Management tool.
- Customers using an integration between SAP Concur and another SAP product can get the App ID from the respective integration setup guide.
