Accessing Universal Model

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to subscribe to the Universal Model.

Subscription Process

When subscribing to SAP PaPM Cloud, the Universal Model is not automatically activated.

To enable it, follow these steps:

Activation Steps:

  1. Confirm Access:

    Verify with your administrator that you have SAP BTP access. Collect necessary details such as:

    1. Sub Domain
    2. Tenant
    3. Sub Account ID
    4. Provider
    5. Region
    6. Environment
  2. Submit a Request:

    Create a customer incident with the development team, providing all the collected details.

  3. Activation Confirmation:

    Once the activation request is processed, you will see the Universal Model section in your standard model. Click on this section to access the Universal Model.

Early Adopter Care Program:

For those activating the Universal Model in 2024, SAP offers the Early Adopter Care Program. This program provides guidance and support as you start building your models, helping you get the most out of the Universal Model.
