Locating a Cash Advance Status

Cash Advances Status Overview

After you issue the cash advance, the company pays the actual cash to the employee. Eventually, the employee must create an expense report to account for the cash. You can use the Cash Advance Administration page to determine cash advance statuses.

Locate a Cash Advance Status

You can locate a cash advance status in two ways: on the Employee Balance tab and on the Cash Advance tab.

To locate a cash advance status on the Employee Balance tab, use the available fields to search for employees with cash advances, with or without outstanding balances. You can also use the Pending Issuance tab to search for cash advances that have not yet been issued.

To locate a cash advance status on the Cash Advance tab, use the available fields to locate the user’s profile and view cash advance statuses.
