Processing Expense Reports

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to configure processor queue preferences.

Processor Queue Preferences Overview

You can use Preferences to manage the default query, choose the rows displayed in the list, open the next report in the list after a workflow change, and automatically display receipt images when you open a report.

The image displays the SAP Concur Expense Processor page titled “Reports Ready for Processing.” It shows a toolbar with Run Query, Group, List Settings, and Create/Manage Queries buttons. A table lists expense reports with columns for report name, submit date, employee name, approval status, report total, receipt status, cash advances, and payment status. Some rows show warning icons for entry level exceptions. Action buttons on the right include Delete Report, Mark Receipt Status, Clear Exceptions, and Change Approval Status. A Preferences panel is open with options to set a default query, limit the date range, choose rows per page, select a time zone, and toggle options to open the next report and automatically show receipts.
