You can use Preferences to manage the default query, choose the rows displayed in the list, open the next report in the list after a workflow change, and automatically display receipt images when you open a report.

To configure Processor queue preferences:
From the Process Reports page, select Preferences.

Select your desired preferences:
In the Default Query field, select the query to run when the page is opened. Select None Selected if no query is regularly used.
In the Rows in List field, select the number of rows to display on the page if there are multiple pages of results.
Select the desired time zone for date/time searches.
Select or clear the Open next report in list after workflow change check box.
Select or clear the Automatically show receipts when report is opened check box.
