Purging Test User Transactions

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to remove old test user transactional data.

Test User Transactional Data Overview

Test user transactions are stored in a separate database bucket, keeping them distinct from production data. SAP Concur can upload either dummy or production credit card transactions for test users. You can also purge all test transactions and data, including test credit card transactions, at any time.

Note

Test user data removal is not user specific; all test user transactional data is removed.

To purge test user transactional data:

Steps

  1. Navigate to Expense or Invoice Administration and select Test User Administration.

  2. Select Purge Test User Transactions.

Summary
