Locating User Profiles and Banking Information

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to locate user profiles and bank account statuses.

User Profile and Bank Account Status Overview

You can review user expense reports and account statuses in the Monitor Payees section of Payment Manager. There are three tabs you can work with:

  • Report Payees is where you can search for specific expense reports and view reimbursement status.
  • Cash Advance Payees is where you can view cash advance reimbursement status.
  • Employee Banking is where you view all employee bank account statuses, account history, and failed accounts.

Locate Reports in Payment Manager

To locate reports in Payment Manager:

Steps

  1. Select Monitor Payees. The Report Payees page displays.

  2. To search for a specific expense report within the group, use the following fields: Find report payees where, Status, Payee Type, and Currency.

The Status menu shows options such as Any, On Hold, Client Pay, Paid, Unpaid, Aborted, Pending Confirmation, Failed Account, Payment Funded, Sent/Completed, Not Sent/Not Completed, Accepted, Assigned, and Unassigned, with Unassigned selected. The Payee Type menu lists Any, Employee, and Card. The Currency menu shows Any selected with a scrollable list of currencies, including Algeria Dinar, Argentina Peso, Brazil Real, Canada Dollar, China Yuan Renminbi, Czech Republic Koruna, Denmark Krone, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, India Rupee, Indonesia Rupiah, Japan Yen, Korea Won, and Mexico Peso.

Locate Cash Advance Reports in Payment Manager

To locate cash advance reports in Payment Manager:

  1. Select Monitor Payees, and then select the Cash Advance Payees tab.

  2. To search for a specific expense report within the group, use the following fields: Find cash advance payees where, Status, and Currency.

View Employee Bank Account History

To view an employee's bank account history:

Steps

  1. On the Monitor Payees page, select the Employee Banking tab.

Action buttons read Reconfirm, View History, and Inactivate.   2. Use the Find Employee Where or Status fields in the search area to locate the employee.
