Configuring and Maintaining Invoice Delegate permissions

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to modify existing delegate permissions for invoice users.

Invoice Delegate Configuration Overview

Delegate Configuration lets you specify which invoice reconciliation actions - such as creating, submitting, or approving invoices - a user can delegate to another user. Most companies use a single delegate configuration, but configurations can differ by group. You can assign a delegate configuration to one or more employee group configurations; however, each employee group configuration can use only one delegate configuration.

The screen shows a table listing delegate configuration options and permissions, with buttons to add, modify, or remove configurations. A navigation menu on the left lists related admin options, such as audit rules, company info, and invoice settings.
