Import Routing Hierarchy Mappings Overview
Import Hierarchy Mappings
To import the hierarchy mapping details:
Steps
On the Routing Configuration page, select the Import Hierarchy Mappings tab.
Select Download Template.
Complete and save the import file.
Select Browse, select the completed import file and then select Import.
View Import Error Messages
To view error messages:
Steps
In the Hierarchy Routing Import History section, select the import.
Select Actions > View Import Details.
