SAP Commerce Cloud, Search Service

New Open Payment Framework
The new SAP Commerce Cloud, open payment framework, enables you to integrate your preferred digital payment service providers intuitively and effectively. There is no need to code, integrate, and deploy extensions to the Commerce codebase. The open payment framework lets you bring your own payment gateways and methods rather than being limited to preset templates. It supports diverse integration patterns, capture methods, and payment workflows, covering cards, alternative payment methods, and more. With a low-code approach, it makes it easy to personalize standard integrations, opening configuration to a broader technical audience beyond developers. The workbench configuration tool provides IDE-style auto-completion and lookups for FreeMarker and JavaScript, simplifying smart field references and reducing errors. Order Management Services
The SAP Order Management Services solution optimizes order processing efficiency to increase the perfect order rate, enhances customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment with improved inventory visibility, and supports a unified view of order processes across multiple order capture channels and fulfillment systems. Our solution facilitates the dynamic allocation/sourcing of inventory to improve order fill rates, reducing manual interventions and improving overall operational responsiveness with lower risk of human error. SAP B2B Self-Service Portal
To save customers’ time and reduce the workload on support teams, we have introduced the SAP B2B Self-Service Portal. It is a lightweight SAP Commerce Cloud implementation designed to offer SAP Cloud ERP customers easy and efficient access to their orders and invoices data.
