Enhanced Page View in SmartEdit
Now, we’ll move on to SmartEdit, where we have made a number of improvements to the user interface. You can now customize your page view according to your preferences with the enhanced page view in SmartEdit. It is now possible for you to show and hide columns, reorder columns, sort columns, change column width, and define the number of items to be displayed per page. See More.
Enhanced Preview of Content Catalog Versions in SmartEdit
The Preview Selector has been enhanced to support previewing content catalog versions for selected user groups, helping you to make sure customer groups see exactly the content you intend them to see. You can find more information here.
User Interface Improvements in SmartEdit
A help button, which links to the SmartEdit documentation on the Help Portal, has been added to the shell bar in SmartEdit. Also, the Language, Appearance, and Configuration buttons have been moved to Shell Bar > User Profile.
Added Page Lock Workflow Template in SmartEdit
Especially in large teams, lots of people making changes to page designs can become an issue. The page lock workflow template enables SmartEdit users to lock the content of CMS pages, preventing other SmartEdit users from editing them.
WalkMe Integration with SmartEdit and Backoffice
Just as in Backoffice, WalkMe is now also integrated into SmartEdit, allowing for on-screen user guidance, assisting users in navigating through complex workflows. New content will be incrementally added and released as it becomes available here, too.
