Step-by-step guide

Log in to Certification Hub

Click on ‘Exam Appointments’.  You will see any exams that you have booked.

Click the trash icon to cancel the appointment.

When prompted to confirm the appointment cancellation, click ‘Yes’.

You will see a message on the screen when your exam has been successfully cancelled.
