To get started with the managed gateway, you need to add certain basic information about your back end systems such as ERP Name (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA), ERP Version, SAP System ID, SAP System Time Zone, AddOn Software Component Info, etc. It is recommended that you send this information automatically from your back end SAP systems using the delivered report "Synchronize SAP Information with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway". This report is located under Global Settings configuration node. Alternatively, you can manually enter all the required details directly in the Managed Gateway portal before proceeding with any other configuration.
Note
In the absence of this basic data, the user cannot access the Home screen of the managed gateway portal.
