A Guide to Implementation Testing

During the realize phase of the SAP Activate methodology, implementation testing is carried out, focusing on configuring and fine-tuning business processes. This phase includes conducting unit tests for specific components of business processes and verifying the system's functionality after integrations and data migrations to emulate real operational conditions.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) also plays a pivotal role in this phase, with an emphasis on engagement from customer-side experts. Their involvement is essential for confirming the effective incorporation of their feedback and ensuring the system meets their business needs.

To facilitate effective testing, SAP provides Test Scenario Templates designed to cover extensive end-to-end testing requirements, including the examination of supplier interactions. It's vital to thoroughly explore these scenarios, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of all system aspects from end-to-end, encapsulating the supplier's perspective.
