Hello and welcome to this demo about the integration assessment capability of SAP Integration Suite. As mentioned earlier, the integration assessment capability is based on the SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology. In this methodology we will also find directly in the tooling of the integration assessment capability. So we are here at the landing page in the request section. But before we go to the request, let's take a look into the settings area. and in the settings area we can find all the pre-configured content from SAP, again based on our methodology. Let's start here with the integration domains. As we saw earlier we have for example cloud-to-cloud integration domain, a cloud-to-on-premise integration domain, an on-premise-to-on-premise integration domain. You can also create your own integration domain and delete those domains which are not relevant in your organization. And the same is also true for the other prepackaged content like for the integration styles, the use case patterns, as well as the questionnaires section. In the questionnaire sections, we will see actually that there are two types of questionnaire. One would be the business solution request and the other one would be the interface request. There is one business solution request pre-configured from SAP or pre-delivered and two interface requests, namely one for data integration and one for process integration. Each request can have multiple sections. For example, a Connectivity section and each section can have multiple questions which you can again freely define as you like. For example, in the Connectivity section it could be interesting to understand if you need communication protocol conversion and or the integration with business partners. So much for the business and interface requests. So let's take a look now in the Configure section. So in the Configure section, again we see pre-configured content from SAP, for example for our own SAP applications like Ariba or Fieldglass or ERP, SAP S4HANA, as well as the integration technologies like SAP Application Interface Framework, Event Mesh, the Cloud Integration Capability of SAP Integration Suite, and also here you can also add your own integration technology which might be relevant within your enterprise. Last but not least, let's take a look into the analyze section. In the analyze section, you can find this integration policies which provide for each of the integration technology a recommendation degree, like general recommendation for a certain integration domain. So let's now move to the Request section. In the Request section, again, we have two type of requests, the business solution request, as well as the interface request. So let's put on the head of a business domain expert and the business domain expert will create first a business solution request. Let's start a new one. You can provide a name like a sales order confirmation, for example. And then we can provide initial input data like a solution overview and to which integration scenario this belongs to, like lead to cash scenario, for example. The business solution request, of course, is first in draft status. We can provide also here a Go Live, the planned Go Live date, as well as the criticality of our integration scenario. Then we can already create here an interface request in which we can specify, which applications should be used for our integration scenario. Again, we can provide a name of the interface request and I can link here the source and target applications that should be used in our integration scenario. And then for the process integration style, we can now create this business solution request. We can also include further information like business documents, user documents, URL, et cetera, for additional information. And once we are all fine, we have now created a new business solution request. And if we go back to the request section, we can also find the interface request that was triggered via the business solution request. We can find our new interface request and we switch on the head now of an integration expert and can fill out now the interface request as an integration expert. We can provide here information now that our interface request of course simple transformation is needed, also communication protocol conversion, but no integration with business partners is needed. And now one of the big benefits of the integration assessment capability is also that we can directly navigate to the SAP Business Accelerator Hub and can search whether prepackaged content would be available for our integration scenario. For our sales order confirmation scenario, we can search now on the SAP Business Accelerator whether we can find any prepackaged integration flows and yes we can find here for example one and we can directly link this integration scenario or this prepackaged integration flow to our interface request so that later once the integration developer implements the integration scenario can directly see that there's prepackaged content available. Again we specify here that we need transformations for example and communication protocol conversion but no integration of business partner is required and on the next slide that we also require business monitoring as well as forward error handling for our integration scenario. Yeah and once we have created this interface request, we can again review our input and once we have reviewed our inputs now, we can directly trigger the recommendations of the cloud integration capability which integration technology should be used for our integration scenario and we can see in our use case even two integration technologies would be recommended, namely the SAP Application Interface Framework as well as the coud integration capability of SAP Integration Suite. And both these technologies have their strength, their fit for certain use case scenarios and how this calculation has been done. This you can see here in the lower section of the recommendation from the integration assessment capability. For example for the transformation section you can click on both the tiles and know why the SAP Application Interface Framework might be a lesser good fit and why the cloud integration capability might be a better fit because of the prepackaged content which for example is available. And this you can do for all the tiles. You can better understand how the recommendation has been calculated and once you understand the calculation and are fine with the recommendation you can then as a last step also get now the concrete proposal which instance I can use for my integration scenario. So again I have these two recommendations now these two integration technologies would be best fit for our integration scenario. I can even see on the right hand side which instance I can use now for these two two recommended integration technologies. And with this I hope I could show to you that the integration assessment capability clearly helps you to govern your integration technology within your enterprise. You get clear recommendations for which integration scenario you can use which integration technology and with this you can govern the integration technology within your organization. So thank you very much for watching this demo.
