The Quick Access panel lets you insert report elements from the Report Elements tab.

Toolbar
The toolbar above the panel title includes:
- Search: Find report elements.
- Display: Switch between Tiles (default) and List view.
- Expand All: Expand report-element categories. Categories are collapsed by default.

We recommend that you insert report elements from the Quick Access panel. You can also insert them from the Insert section of the Main toolbar.
- Use the first button to insert all report elements you have set as favorites in the Quick Access panel.
- Use the second button to insert report elements you can export to Excel, PDF, and HTML.
- Use the third button to insert report elements you can export to WIDX.

Distinguish Classic Report Elements and New Report Elements
You can tell classic and new report elements apart in these ways:
- Classic report elements (except charts) have dark blue icons. New report elements have lighter blue icons.
- Classic charts use orange color variations. New charts use blue color variations.
- New report elements have a blue square at the top right of the Report Element icon.
- If a report element with the same or a similar name exists as both a classic and a new report element, the system lists the classic report element first.
