After you purchase the solution, your company’s contact IT person will receive several emails from SAP. These emails provide instructions and links for activating accounts, setting up global accounts, and accessing onboarding instructions and documents.

The emails are sent from notification@sapnetworkmail.com and no.reply.provisioning@sap.com. Make sure your email software doesn’t block these email addresses.
