Learning the Administrator Interface

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to navigate through the SAP SuccessFactors Learning administrator interface.

Administrator Interface Overview

A one-time setup process and an On-Going process are graphically depicted.

Depending on their access, administrators can make training assignments, schedule classes, track class registrants, and track which users have attempted/completed the training requirements.

The figure provides a high-level view of the activities of administrators in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. After viewing the system from the user’s perspective, you are ready to view the system from the administrator's point of view.
