The column labels and visibility are determined in Plan setup→Design Worksheet→Configure labels and visibility.
The fields are segregated by sections:
- Assignment section do not include fields from Employee History data. Visibility and order of the Employee history fields are defined in the data model.
- Business goals section include all fields in the business calculation.
- Business goal performance include the goal metrics.
- Team and Individual performance sections include the Performance rating information.
- Total section refers to the entry level fields or the aggregate fields.
When using Field-based permission, visibility for custom groups will also be available as an option.
