Collaboration

You may use social collaboration options to support and optimize group decision-making processes.

All collaboration activity is grouped under discussion threads. You can start a new discussion at any time by inviting specific participants. Only people who have been invited can see the discussion.

1. Select the Collaboration icon in the top-right of the screen.

2. Select the + New Discussion button.

3. To invite one of the other workshop users to your discussion select the + Add Participants icon.

4. Type GE or AC into to search bar to show the list of users, and select one from the results. Then click OK.

5. Type a message at the bottom, for example Please provide feedback your on this story. Then click the + Add button, then Link Story.

6. Hit the return key or click the Send icon to send your message.

7. Click on Collaboration icon to hide the panel.

Note: The Collaboration feature works across both the web and mobile interfaces.
