Master Data Setup

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to setup the master data.

In the Main Menu bar select Files > My Files, then select your model PnL_Admin (or the model you copied PnL_Admin_NEW_).

Select the Edit Dimension Table button for the Accounts dimension Admin_COA.

Select the + (Add) icon to add the Rebates Account with the following details:

 Description: Rebates

 Hierarchy: PL100

 Account Type: INC

 Rate Type: Average

 Aggregation Type: Sum

Repeat the above steps to add the Rebate % Account, with the following details:

Aggregation Type: Sum

5. Save the changes made to the model by selecting the Save icon.
