Once you select Import Data, the Manage Import Tool Tasks page appears. From here, you can access all available import templates.
To access the templates, select Import formats samples.

After you select Import format samples, the Import Tool Data Formats page appears. You import data using excel spreadsheets saved as XML. There are several templates available to import different types of data.
To access a template, simply select the Download link for the appropriate template.

| Profile Sync Queue | Send profile information to/from Concur and GDS. |
| Custom Field Drop Down Values | Create or updates values to custom fields |
| Travel Profile Sync Last Update | Set or clear profile last updated date. |
| Org Units | Create or update org unit name. |
| Unused Tickets | Add or delete unused tickets. |
| Regional Hotel Rates | Create, update, or delete regional hotel rates. |
| Government User Data Import | Add, update, terminate, or reactivate a profile in Concur Government Edition (CGE). |
| Government User Data for Credit Card Tokens | Tokenize credit cards (IBA and CBA) for users in Concur Government Edition (CGE). |
| CBAs to Org Units | Assign a CBA to one or more org units. |
| Centrally Billed Accounts | Add, update, or delete centrally billed accounts (CBAs) in Concur Government Edition (CGE). |
Considerations on Import Data
- Do not change the names of the columns and worksheet tabs in the template or delete any columns, unless instructed to do so.
- Each template has an instruction tab with information and examples of completing it, and many sections in the template will also allow you to remove data.
- Data Import can use Excel spreadsheets saved as XML Spreadsheet (*.xml) data.
