You use the Text Customization option to add or modify the text that appears at the top of the user Travel Profile page. For example, you can add user messages about how to add to or modify their profile, including warnings about required fields.

You can use the Text Customization feature to create messages that display at the top of the User Profile page for every employee.
You need permission to access this feature. The permission might vary depending on your role and responsibilities:
- Company Administration permission allows you to customize a message from the Company Administration section.
- Travel Agent permission, which displays the Travel System Admin and theTravel Text Customization link will appear in the Company-Specific Configuration section
To access this feature through Company Admin, select Text Customization on the Company Admin page.

If you’re accessing this feature through Travel System Admin, select Travel Text Customization from the left menu panel under the Company-Specific Configuration menu.
