The Risk Assessment card is an optional feature that can be added to your strategy and plan through the Manage Tools option. This card allows you to manage risk assessments for a specific category, prioritize risks, evaluate the likelihood of their occurrence, and identify mitigation strategies.
To create a risk assessment, navigate to the strategy and plan page. If the Risk Assessment card is not visible, use the Manage Tools option to add it. Once it is displayed, click on the card header or select the Create Risk Assessment link to open it.

You will then choose the Create option. All fields in the form are mandatory. You will need to provide the following information: the name of the risk, its potential impact on the purchasing process for the category, and possible mitigation strategies. Additionally, you must select a level of likelihood (high, medium, or low) for each risk's occurrence and priority. Repeat this process for all identified risks.

To modify an existing risk, click the edit icon to make your changes and then save.

You can also create opportunities from your Home dashboard.
Note
If you have the OpportunityManager or OpportunityViewer role, you can view opportunities. However, if you hold the OpportunityManager role, you can create, manage, and monitor opportunities for the selected category within the Manage Opportunities app.
When creating an opportunity, you will have access to the Category Spend Profile on the Manage Opportunities page. This allows you to analyze ways to enhance category spending based on the type of opportunity.

When creating opportunities, use the Category Spend Profile to analyze and enhance category spending based on opportunity types.
