Managing Category Suppliers

By utilizing the Category Suppliers card, category managers can gain insights into key suppliers, improve risk management, identify opportunities to minimize supply risks and quality issues, reduce supply chain disruptions, and enhance compliance.

Key functionalities of the Category Suppliers card include:

  • Viewing and searching for suppliers by their name and their global parent company.
  • Sorting suppliers by name or total spend.
  • Filtering suppliers based on total spend, non-managed spend, region, diversity indicator, revenue rating, and whether they have been evaluated. Conducting a detailed analysis of evaluated suppliers for the category.
  • Performing comparisons between different suppliers.

If the card is not visible, you can use Managed Tools to add it to the strategy and plan page.
