In the previous lesson, you learned how to perform the evaluation, that is, comparing two sets of extracted data – one from the source system and one from the target system. You also saw how to evaluate the header level (that is, report level) and the workitem level.
In this lesson, you will focus on the results, including how to use the viewing panels and interpret the data.
First, to access the information tabs, double-click on the desired report in the Data Evaluation page. This will open the panel on the right side of the screen.

Now, let’s go to each available tab and explore its details.
Overview tab
Extraction status: depicts this report's status at the source system level and the target system level.
Evaluation execution status: it shows the status using a traffic light system: green for completed, and yellow for partially completed.
Sign-off results: it will show you if the evaluation is approved. You will find out how to sign off further down in this lesson.

Workitems List Tab
Here you can find information regarding the work item ID, description, status, and system administrative details.

Result Worklist Items

In this tab, you can see for each workitem four rows:
DIFFERENCE: It will show the count of non-matching records, indicating discrepancies between the source and target records. If there are no differences, the cell would show as empty.
EQUAL: It will show the number of matched records between the source and target systems.
MISSING IN TARGET: When data exists only in the source system but is absent from the target system.
UNEXPECTED IN TARGET: If there are any records present in the target system but not in the source system.
You can click on the Data column entry to see the result in tabular format.

In this type of table, each record is shown as one line item for the source system and one for the target. In the screenshot above, since all the records are present in both systems, they are displayed green for the EQUAL category.
If there are differences between the source and target systems, you will see the number of different records in the DIFFERENCE category. When you open the corresponding table, any cell or column with a difference will be highlighted in red.
Result tab

This tab presents the same information, but at the report level.
Likewise, you can open a table for each line by clicking on the Data column.
Log tab

This tab presents your operations log, with every line showing a workitem.
Choosing Any Reset will also reset the log.
Evaluation Summary
Returning to the Data Evaluation page, observe the Evaluation Summary option, among the usual options, such as Run Selected, Re-run, Resume Jobs, Refresh, and so on.
By choosing this option, you can see the evaluation results for all reports, including their Overview Status, as a traffic light display at a glance.

If you would like more details, click on the Show/Hide buttons for each report. This will display the information at the workitem level.

If you want to find details for a certain workitem, choose the Show/Hide option further to the right.

Sign Off
If you think that after evaluating the results, everything in this report is successful and ready, you can use the Sign Off option available in the top menu to approve the evaluation. It will update the status to approved, showing who signed off and when they signed it off. This will help you finally see how many reports are green and how many are red. Based on that, you can take further steps.

Summary
After this lesson, you are able to use the options in the Data Evaluation page to analyze and sign off the reports and workitems.
