With Talent Intelligence Hub, the Attribute Types that are supported in Performance Management and 360 Reviews forms are Competencies and Skills.
From the Growth Portfolio, employees can work with their attributes, like Skills or Competencies, receive AI-generated Skill recommendations based on their activity, and rate on their Competencies and Skills. These ratings can also flow from the Performance Management and/or 360 Reviews forms, once they're completed, to update the ratings based on the latest rating given.

When Talent Intelligence Hub is enabled, the competency sections will show as attribute sections of type=Competency. In 360 Reviews forms, you can have these types of attribute sections:
- Core Competency: Will populate those Competencies marked as Core in the Competency Library. In Talent Intelligence Hub, the categories including Core, are organized as Tags.
- Custom Competency: Requires to hard-code Competencies into the 360 Reviews forms (only possible to set up in the back end by an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant).
- Job-Specific Competency: Will populate the Competencies mapped to Job Roles using Manage Job Roles (JDM) or Manage Job Profile Content (JPB).
- Core Skills: Will populate those Skills with the Tag=Core.
- Custom Skills: Requires to hard-code skills into the 360 Reviews forms (only possible to set up in the backend by an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant).
- Job-Specific Skills: Will populate the Skills mapped to Job Roles using Manage Job Profile Content tool.

The following example shows an attribute section as it appears in the 360 Reviews form.

When editing the 360 Reviews form template from Manage Templates, the Show advanced options link allows for additional configurations to the section. Available options are defined in the table below.
Advanced Options in Attribute section
| Advanced Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Allow users to add competencies | Allows users to add additional competencies to the 360 Reviews form. This is generally not enabled in the core attributes section, but may be desirable in job-specific sections. |
| Allow users to add skills | Same as the option to add competencies, but when the section is using Skill as an Attribute Type. |
| Show Behaviors | Will show the behaviors associated with the competency the employee is being rated on. This is only valid if behaviors have been mapped to individual competencies. When enabling Show Behaviors, the following sub-options will be displayed:
|
| Include the ability to rate: Everyone has their own rating box for each item | Each user will have a rating box, and will see his or her own box next to the employee’s self-assessment. |
| Include the ability to rate: Everyone shares one rating box for each item | The form will have only one rating box for each item and you can define permissions for which role can make the rating. If the rating is permissioned for more than one role, the last rating entered will be the final score. |
| Include the ability to rate: Except the employee who has a private self-assessment rating box | The form will have a private self-assessment box for the employee, plus a single rating box that can be permissioned by role. Permissions must be made in the back-end system by a consultant, so this is not desirable if you are configuring the form without the assistance of a consultant. |
| Include a comment for each item | This enables users to comment on each item in the form. If left deselected, there will be no comment box below the rating scale. |
| Include an overall Comment | This enables an overall section comment for the attribute section. |
| Display the manager and employee comments on top of each other or side by side | Defines how the comment boxes will display on the form. Because 360 Reviews tend to be anonymous, comments are not visible from both parties. Generally, the choice that looks better on the form is Stacked, but there will not be two comments stacked on top of each other, because that would not keep the form anonymous. |
