Describing Recruiting Posting

Recruiting Posting allows recruiters to distribute postings to multiple job boards or school job boards in multiple languages.

Any job previously posted to the external career site can be posted to a selected job board using Post and Manage Jobs.

Users can select the job boards to which the job should be posted. Administrators can set up automated posting on job boards through Recruiting Posting in the Admin Center.

Additional job boards can be added to the list if needed.

Any action regarding the posting (update of the posting, posting removal, or extending the posting) can be done from this screen.

Users with admin permission can manage any of the Recruiting Posting settings through Admin Center → Manage Recruiting Postings.

Settings need to be added, reviewed, and updated in the following Recruiting Posting sections to be able to post the job to selected Job Boards:

• Posting Profiles & Groups
• Users to Posting Profiles Associations
• Job Board Market Place
• My Job Boards
• My School Job Boards
• Job Field Mapping

The Job Board Market Place contains most Job Boards (free, paid, and school Job Boards) integrated with Recruiting Posting. Some Job Boards might not be available in Job Board Market Place , but Recruiting Posting has a technical integration. Note that those Job Boards are available in the Job Board catalog, and all the Job Boards are available in the Job Board Market Place.
