As an administrator you can access the settings for various GenAI capabilities in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
The administrators can configure the following GenAI capabilities using path User Menu → Settings → All Settings → Generative AI.

Email Draft Recommender
Email Draft Recommender generates a response email based on purpose selected by the user for which an email needs to be drafted which making it easier for sales executives to focus on deal closures. As an administrator you can configure Email Draft Recommender using following steps:

- Open "Email Drafter" tab to configure Email Draft Recommendation.
- To activate email draft recommendation for business users, enable "Activate Email Drafter".
- Go to Configure and enable the email draft recommendation for required entities using the switch.
- To include prompts in the email draft recommendation, enable prompts from Available Prompts, you can also create custom prompts using add(+) button. Save the changes once you have completed the settings.
Account Synopsis
Account Synopsis provides a holistic view of the sales account in different dimensions such as business, culture, competitive landscape, etc. As an administrator you can configure Account Synopsis using following steps:

- Open "Account Synopsis" tab to configure Account Synopsis.
- To activate Account Synopsis for business users, enable "Activate Account Synopsis".
- Enable the Business Objectives from the list. Save the changes once you have completed the settings.
Lead Booster
Leads Booster generates tailored information that enhances sales team's understanding of the account's needs and increases the likelihood of successful sales conversion. As an administrator you can configure Lead Booster using following steps:

- Open "Lead Booster" tab to configure Lead Booster.
- To activate Lead Booster for business users, enable "Activate Lead Booster".
- Enable the Business Objectives from the list. Save the changes once you have completed the settings.
Survey Trend Summary
Survey Trend Summary provides insights such as survey summary, survey recommendations, and survey differences, by analyzing past three surveys from previous visits to the customer. As an administrator you can configure Survey Trend Summary using following steps:

- Open "Survey Trend Summary" tab to configure Survey Trend Summary.
- To activate Survey Trend Summary for business users, enable "Survey Trend Summary" .
- Enable following capabilities that you want to display:
- Survey Summary
- Survey Recommendation
- Survey Differences
Save the changes once you have completed the settings.
