Visits Configuration

Sales team can plan and record site visits and related activities using Visits.

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 helps create and record interactions related to customer visits. Let's look at the configuration of Visits in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2. You can find all the settings for Visits using path User Menu → Settings → All Settings, then search for "Visit".

Alan, as an administrator, can configure and customize its usage based on Best Run Bikes requirements.

The following features can be configured:

• Visit Types
• General setting for Visits

Visit types define the different types of visits that can be created.

Alan can configure the following options when maintaining visit types :

1. Create new entries for visit types
2. Create/Change the description
3. Activate or deactivate existing visit types
4. Delete custom visit types if not used

As an administrator , Alan can configure default values for visit Duration, Type, and Priority.

1. Maintain default duration for visits
2. Select the default visit type which will be used for visit creation
3. Default priority for the visits

Mobile screen configuration focuses on adapting the visit functionality for mobile devices. By customizing the mobile screens, businesses can optimize the visit management experience for sales representatives who primarily work on mobile devices. The following can be configured for mobile screens :

• Fields that you want to see in the expanded header details
• Fields that you want to see on cards in the list view and manage list of quick filters
• Fields that you want to see in the visit creation form
• Maintain the visit KPIs before and after the visit
